|Recommended: YesNew person to move in — maybe still new but seems really nice. stairs can be a bit hard to use for my grandmother if she needs to use them a lot which means it will be hard for my mom to use them as well but it will be fine for me and my husband. they have a washer and dryer but if you don't like to use them because they are in the basement you can always go across the street if that helps you. out in the hallway it may seem loud but in your room seems good to keep the sound down. love the cute balcony.

|Recommended: YesOutdated — The inside of the apartments are outdated and the construction is spotty. You can hear every time someone enters the building and every conversation they may have. As well, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors easy. The kitchen and bathroom needs updated also.
