|Recommended: YesIt is amazing and great for the price — Living here was great, its in a quiet area and close to KSU campus which was amazing. Im very happy I loved here.
|Recommended: YesWell kept, good prices, neighbors are a little loud. — I’m in a four bedroom, so the price is great for one person with the utilities included. Not too far from campus, so good location.
|Recommended: YesApartments are well managed — If you are a college student, it’s a great place to live. It comes at an affordable price, is close to campus, and has a good amount of space. Sometimes you can hear upstairs and downstairs neighbors, but it’s barely noticeable. Overall, the management does a really good job of responding to maintenance issues in a really timely manner and gives important dates for maintenance and pest control things.
|Recommended: YesVery good. — I think that this is a very good, small community. It is pretty quiet with friendly neighbors. The maintenance staff is always willing to help.
|Recommended: YesVery cozy and reliable. — The apartments here are really nice and the people from McCullough Development are really helpful and friendly. At first I was really concerned about living next to a fraternity but I never have to worry about noise coming from them so it was a pleasant surprise. I really enjoy living here so close to campus so that I can walk everyday without adding too much travel time. The only downside I would say is the really small, compact parking spaces. There are plenty of them, they are just really tight.
