|Recommended: YesManagement — Mahida Perez the property manager was an absolute treasure to work with. Nobody likes the moving process, but she made it safe and quick during a pandemic none the less. Based on her alone was the top two reasons I chose this place. Secondly the patio is AMAZING

|Recommended: YesA Nice place to live for a Graduate Student — Crestwood is a quite apartment complex community with very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Most of the tenants keep to themselves and there are not really any problems with noise. The apartments themselves are slightly dated, but its cozy and all the fixtures and appliances that come with the apartment work. There is enough parking in the complex for you to find a spot close enough to your apartment that you never have to walk too far. The staff is extremely nice and will work with you with any sort of problem you might have. I am happy the a choose Crestwood as my apartment complex during my stay here in Manhattan.
|Recommended: YesCrestwood Apartments — Overall these are good, quality apartments for a really affordable price compared to other apartments here in Manhattan. The maintenance crew are always good about completing work orders in a timely manner. A big plus is each unit having their own washer dryer in them and complimentary cable service that comes with signing the lease. In certain rooms it is easy to hear next door neighbors, but normally they have to be talking pretty loud to hear them.

|Recommended: YesSomewhat old-fashioned construction, but otherwise excellent — There are a few things that frustrate me about the layout, like not having a ceiling light in the living room. Also, I can hear my neighbors a lot, but that's been true of every apartment I've lived in. Otherwise, Crestwood is a nice place. The apartments are cozy and well-appointed. Also, the staff is absolutely top-notch. Maintenance issues and questions get handled very quickly. Also, the hilltop location is pretty nice. Overall, great place to live.
