|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The management and service are awesome. Very quick to address maintenance issues. Parking is never a problem. Having my own washer and dryer in the unit is a HUGE plus. Another important factor in my decision to live here is that it is on top of a hill, which means that any seasonal flooding in Manhattan won't be an issue.
Other residents are generally respectful of each other. I can sometimes hear other people's music or talking, but it's not terribly loud, and never past 10-11 at night. I can put headphones on and not hear them at all.
I really enjoy living here, and in my opinion, this is the best apartment I could have chosen to live in when I moved here to Manhattan.
