|Recommended: YesGreat size and best location — A very helpful and informative management staff, large rooms and apartments. Would have helped if i could get my wifi signal from campus tho .
|Recommended: YesAmazing and Cozy Place — It's a really nice apartment complex, and it's super close to campus. The layout is nice, and it's amazing if you're looking for a 1 person place. The only thing I have to say is that you can hear your neighbors, but honestly it's not more than you would expect. I live on the ground floor so I expected to hear some noise from my upstairs neighbors, and occasionally I can hear the TV, but it's pretty quiet.
|Recommended: YesI don't like the 6.95 fee for paying online — It's ok
|Recommended: YesPerfect location for students — It's so nice to be able to live right across the street from campus. It's only a 5 minute walk to a lot of my classes which is so convenient. On that note it is very noisy. I can hear the apartment under mine watching TV and it's been so bad that I could feel his music through the floor and hear every word. The space is amazing though, there's a ton of room and so much natural light.
|Recommended: YesProperty is close to campus and clean — It is great I feel very safe and comfortable. I have lots of privacy and it is very nice and professional
|Recommended: YesFloor shake is ridiculous. Noise subpar — These are the shakiest floors I've ever experienced. Walls aren't too bad. Noise is still a problem. Especially from front door. I know when everyone leaves comes home or when someone hits a buzzer beater to win a game.
The amenities that are in the unit all function and do their job. Ac is good. Haven't used heat yet. The laundry room isnt even worth looking at. The pay system is a bit predatory and and has a service charge if you want to add only enough to do a load of laundry. If you do use it just use coins, but really just don't use it. Any laundromat will be cheaper.
Parking could be better, but it is adequate. The lot just seems so oddly put together and some areas are easily blocked. The long, no pull in spaces seem unnecessary. If two trucks are parked in them and you have to back you're truck out of the spaces in front of them it can be nearly impossible in some configurations.
The apartments do have good Sq footage and the bedroom and closet are pretty big. Only complaint about the room sizes is the kitchen and bathroom could be a foot or two larger and it wouldn't negatively effect the size of the living spaces. This is most evident in the kitchen and it's limited countertop space. It's not unusable but you do have to be a little clever to fit appliances in. The two balconies in some units is nice.
Location is by far the best part if you go to the university. It's right across the street. I can walk to most of my classes in less than five minutes.
|Recommended: YesProximity to campus is the best. — Its better than living in the dorms without being too far from campus. No parking passes are needed for the campus because I can walk to classes.
|Recommended: YesWildcat Inn — This apartment is recently updated so there are no complaints. Everything looks very new and functions properly.
|Recommended: YesWildcat Inn — I just moved here, move in went smoothly, the leasing process was simple and smooth as well. The apartment is beautiful and I look forward to this coming year
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment just across the street from campus. — Updated apartment, friendly neighbors, great location just across the street from Ahern. Couldn’t be happier.
|Recommended: YesIt’s a nice place for someone by themself — It’s a great place to live with enough room for a person or two. Friendly staff and pretty sound proof from neighbors
|Recommended: YesFriendly, professional, helpful — I really enjoyed the management, they are very helpful and willing to work with me if I need it. While the apartment is a bit older and needed some work, but that is the only issue that I've had.
|Recommended: YesVery good — Never had any complications and Dave always seemed to be on top of things
