|Recommended: YesProfessional Staff Pet Friendly — Staff is professional and friendly, always help with issues quickly. The buildings and grounds are cleaned and well maintained. Conveniently located dog bags across the property. Laundry rooms are conveniently located within your own building.
|Recommended: YesGlad to call this place home — The apartment is generally quiet and peace, with ease of access to the main roads around town.
|Recommended: YesIt could definitely use some remodeling — It's ok. Wish I had a light in my bedroom. Was told there's no electrical wiring in the ground level bedrooms, but that is not true. Guess it would cost the owner too much to put lights in the bedrooms.
|Recommended: YesManagement — Heather Zacharias is the property manager here and has been nothing but professional, quick, and efficient. I’ve met a lot of people in different organizations and I can recognize when someone is above average. Winston Place Apartments, under Heather, is incredibly well managed. I would refer anyone I love to live here.

|Recommended: YesOverall wonderful, professional, and maintained — There are times during the day where my neighbors can be heard through the floors, but it's not enough to bother me. The walls are not super thick, but not the thinnest walls I've had before. Carpets are well-maintained and taken care of. Beautiful, sizable apartments with lots of options. I haven't had the opportunity to use the workout room or the pool, but I look forward to doing so When I had a maintenance problem in the first month, and used the emergency maintenance line, they were incredibly professional, listened to me, and did not discredit me, instead thanking me for my calm demeanor despite the situation. They began on the problem that night and discovered it would need a more permanent solution, so they came back the next morning to take care of it promptly
Overall, my experience with the location is amazing and I enjoy being able to pay my rent using their resident portal.
|Recommended: YesThe property is nice, very clean, and safe. — definitely an upgrade from my last apartment, you can kind of hear neighbors but only when they're practically trying to cause a disturbance. the area is very safe and inviting I'd say, lots of people walking their pets without worries. there's plenty of windows for sunlight so you don't really have to spend electricity during the day. the only real problem i'd say is the parking lot has a few potholes that need fixing.
|Recommended: YesGreat location — Location is great. You have accessibility to sporting events, shopping, and outdoor activities without the noise and traffic of living downtown.
|Recommended: YesIt's pretty neat. — It's a nice little quiet place. Maintenance has been quick and reliable. There's not too many college kids making a ruckus. There's plenty of parking, I always get a spot really close to the building. The building is a bit old but has been maintained pretty well.
