Just east of Hamilton Blvd in Sioux City, Iowa, Clifton Estates is situated in a charming, country-like setting. Beautifully matured landscape allows each apartment a fantastic view, completed with the occasional sighting of a deer or wild turkey. Close to shopping, dining, and Briar Cliff University, we are ideally located. We offer large one, two and three bedrooms apartments, each with spacious living areas, ample storage and large windows to let in natural light. In addition, Clifton Estates offers laundry facilities, a heated swimming pool, and optional garage parking. Look no further, we have everything you need.

|Recommended: YesNice Space in Nice Neighborhood — Very large windows with brand new carpet and toilet in the apartment. Only thing is that the tub shower converter is very hard to switch over, as it is so old it's clamped shut. Overall I love my new apartment

|Recommended: YesIt works — It’s good, but the noise from apartment to apartment is crazy loud, and I can hear everything outside. These apartments are not for someone that needs a dishwasher or new fixtures.

|Recommended: YesClifton — Buildings and apartments are extremely outdated. Carpets and closet doors need to be replaced and fixtures also don’t match each other. Cabinets are outdated as well it’s overpriced. It’s a good location and everyone is friendly but the place just needs some tidying up. I do enjoy living here though
