|Recommended: Yes5 5 Recommend these apartment complexes. — The noise level is low to none at all. Very satisfied. Haven't had any problems for anyone to come to fix anything quite yet. Parking is okay, not sure if parking on the curb is allowed but, sometimes might have to because of limited parking. The building overall looks good yet, there are minor flaws with the outside and some inside walls. The grounds and inside overall cleanliness is really good. The staff was good, only met Ashely and she was very kind, walked us through every step, 10 10 great worker. Overall, the place is very nice, clean and up to standards. We are very satisfied and impressed.
|Recommended: YesThe apartments look modern compared to the rest of JC. — It is a quiet cozy neighborhood and the leasing office is very friendly. They are also up to speed with the maintenance.
|Recommended: YesGood property — Happy to live here
|Recommended: YesQuiet area — pretty quiet but the walls are thin, everybody stays to themselves. only downside is the parking lot, i often have to park parallel to the building because there are no spots-i have a parking pass. other than that it’s really great living here, the staff are great and maintenance is prompt

|Recommended: YesI love it — Sometimes I can hear folks through the floors if they’re playing music loud but it’s rare and it’s not loud enough to keep me up at night. Overall, it’s a fantastic place that’s super convenient.

|Recommended: YesAs good as a apartment complex could be. — I mean its an apartment not a house. you have some neighbors that are noisy. we have parking permits. people dont follow them. As far as living here working with the company and staff no complaints. have been with them for over 3 years and will renew again this upcoming year, Maintenance is great, Professional and fast about responding to problems. No hidden fees or cost, everything is laid out and easy. you have your general downsides to living in any apartment. But i do enjoy living here. I have no want to move or leave by any means.
|Recommended: YesAshton Place and Southwest- Great place to live — For the most part, I have loved living here. Neighbors are a bit noisy, but that's just people. This last year has been awful financially for me, and I have gone through some not great things. As long as you let them know whats going on, they work with you. Patricia has been amazing
