|Recommended: YesPretty Nice — For the price I love Village Square. I'm moving back in, but have lived in the apartments in the past. The staff is always lovely
|Recommended: YesIt's very okay for the price — It's a very good place to live.
|Recommended: YesGreat value — Lots of space for the price. It's nice to not have multiple shared walls, which makes the apartment comfortably quiet. Leasing staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. Convenient location.
|Recommended: YesFriendly and accommodating — I love my apartment. I searched for months and nothing compared to the size, price point, and accommodations for pets like Village Square Apartments. The office is easily accessible with helpful staff to make every visit efficient and stress free. They say pet friendly and truly mean it
|Recommended: YesNice place to live. — Hard to get on to 9th Street, at times, but worth the trouble.
|Recommended: YesSo Happy — My experience so far has been fantastic The staff is all friendly, my unit is definitely one of the nicest I've ever lived apartment wise, rent is absolutely fair, and my neighbors have been super nice as well
|Recommended: YesRespectable Living Environment — My main hang-up has been there's no dishwasher in the unit. The A C has gone out every summer, but maintenance has been quick to help every time it's gone out. It's easy to hear what's going on in the apartment above us, but I'm sure it's easy to hear us as well. It's a solid living environment for the price.
