|Recommended: YesQuiet, Cozy and Reliable — Good Quiet despite paper thin walls. My building has a good community and we all keep to ourselves. Cozy, affordable and in a great location. I appreciate being able to have two pets and charged a flat rate. I love my balcony and the large kitchen. Maintenance and front office people have been nothing but kind to me. I haven't lived at a place longer than a year in fifteen years and I am glad to have been here for almost four. Pool is a nice amenity when it isn't randomly closed on a weekend I understand things happen and maintenance. The outside appearance 9th st and Avalon is cute, I wish we could continue that on the other side.
Bad The insulation is awful which to keep my place at 65 in the winter costs me 200 a month in electricity. Carpet is rough not from me and poor quality installed which gives me concerns that it will cost me when I decide to move. Place is a little dated but I know I have an older unit. Wish I had a dish washer which the unit I originally had put money down on was apparently already taken this is an old story .

|Recommended: YesStandard property for a decent price — Good for college students that want something nicer than a run down frat house, and would actually take care of their living abode.
|Recommended: YesSpacious, affordable, good location — It is a quiet complex and is kept up well. You get a lot of space for your money.
|Recommended: YesNice Place, Good staff, Loud neighbors — Very good apartment for the price, clean and well taken care of. Only bad side is you can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing.
|Recommended: YesGood overall environment — The only negative is that there is not enough parking spaces only a major problem on weekends . Staff is friendly and helpful. It is pet friendly with multiple dog poo stations. Location is nice too, close to campus for students, and close to I-70 for anyone who has to commute to work. Overall I enjoy living here.
