|Recommended: YesPerfect for college students — It is very quiet, and everyone I talk to at the main office is really nice. The apartment is spacious for 2 people, so I plan on staying until I graduate.
|Recommended: Yes1417 Leavenworth St. Apartments — Overall a pretty nice place to live. It's nothing too fancy but it is far from a bad place to live. Nice to be next to the park and didn't have any problems with neighbors or anything. Good place for you and a roommate to live.

|Recommended: NoGood location, apartment needs updating. — Staff members are professional, friendly, and efficient. Apartments themselves need work. Windows have very little insulation. Lack of vents makes the heater work harder. Lack of lighting throughout apartment. Apartment overall needs updating. However, location allows quick access to aggieville, and other attractions throughout Manhattan.
|Recommended: YesCute place — Cute smaller apartment. Feels very homey. Only things I would change is there are minimal lights, not sure why there isn’t a light in the living room or a main light in the bedrooms or kitchen other than the little vanity light or the one above the sink. Also noticed the water is only hot for 5 mins when you shower... Otherwise the location is great and neighbors are decently quiet. Premises are well kept.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place — I enjoy living here, I like how quiet it is and that there isnt much a hassle having to deal with anything including leasing agents, maintenance repairs, etc. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
