Upper level apartments include a balcony off the living room while most lower level units have a patio. Pets under 35 pounds are welcome. Off-street parking, on-site laundry, and paid water and trash offer additional convenience for our residents.

|Recommended: YesDecent quality for a Decent price — There are better apartments out there, but there are a lot more worse apartments out there. The cooling seems to struggle but otherwise I'm Happy with it.
|Recommended: YesI love living here — I love how close this property is to campus. The size is perfect for me. Whenever I need any maintenance, they are always on top of it so fast Never had any issues. It’s not very updated, old appliances, very 70s feel, not a fan of the carpet, but its still a nice place to live.

The only poor comments I have to say is there a lack upkeep of the landscaping and lack of ground cleanliness and the window in my bedroom tends to let a little cold air in not too bad . I have also noticed that they don't seem to salt the ground when there is ice, so be careful. Overall, I rarely hear my neighbors, the maintenance staff along with the property staff are great Everyone who lives here is quiet and it is a very nice property for the price
