my experience signing on was very straightforward, with little to no stress
Good parking and location -
I have had ZERO problems getting parking at my location, and the area around is very walkable and open access.
Timely Maintenance - I have had only a single issue in my apartment, with a sink pipe I had accidentally loosened. I called the office, and had left for the weekend, everything had been fixed, and just as clean as I had left it - if not, better.
