|Recommended: YesNice clean but a bit cold. — I would say it is a great location and a good size for a college kid
|Recommended: YesNice, Affordable Apartment — I really enjoy my apartment. The fixtures aren't modern, but they are in very good repair and work fine. I never hear my next-door neighbors. Overall a nice place to live for a good price
|Recommended: YesGreat — Great place to live, very little to no noise, professional and courteous staff. Close to campus which is another plus
|Recommended: YesProperty is pretty good — Living here is good. The website is still horrible though.
|Recommended: YesIts a decent place to live based on location. — It's conveniently close to campus which is nice but also during the winter and summer, the insulation isn't great so it's difficult to keep it at a normal temperature inside without having the AC or heat on 24 7. Other than that it is a good place to live.
