|Recommended: YesI think it is well ran, but the manager needs to be in the office during assigned office hours. — It is a well-kept place, I have lived there for 2 years and hadn't had any problems. When I got new neighbors above me, they are not respectful and try to say I am always breaking rules, when in fact they are. They are also very loud during quiet times . Like I've said I've lived there for 2 years and then the new neighbors come in thinking they can tell me what to do, and when I try to contact the manager she is never in the office. That is the only complaint I have. I would rent from them again.
