|Recommended: YesGreat location and Dollies available in lobby — Aggie Village is in a convenient location near Aggieville and City Park. Ample parking for moving trucks. I really appreciated the dollies and carts at the front entrance. It made it so easy to move furniture. We forgot a wrench and maintenance allowed us to borrow theirs. As a parent, I am confident that my student will have a safe and comfortable place to live.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment complex in a good location — Management interactions were always friendly, always notify you or call you directly if maintenance needs to enter your apartment. Lobby and hallways clean, plus the occasional popcorn on a Friday was fun. I never had any issues with neighbors so I can't really speak to how those are handled. Price was a bit higher than other places I looked but not too overpriced. Very close to K-State campus and right on the edge of Aggieville too

The neighbors are friendly and considerate The fitness equipment adjacent to the laundry room is an added convenience, along with washers and dryers that operate by app and no quarters The office staff are quite professional and friendly as well The neighborhood is quaint with plenty of restaurants nearby.
