I can't speak well enough for McCullough Development in Manhattan, KS The office staff is very professional, friendly and willing to help in any way they can The maintenance is top notch Darryl and the other maintenance staff are prompt, polite, and friendly. I have had to 4 major appliances needing replaced for normal life wear and tear, and MDI has responded immediately and acted just as fast. I can't imagine ever renting from anyone else

|Recommended: YesExcellent and Cozy Open Space — Hartford at 210 N 4th is a great place for someone who wants a mostly quiet, private living space. Parking availability is generally very good though occasionally restricted due to farmer's markets and seasonal events . Noise is not generally an issue for me, although I can hear through the walls well enough that it might become one if you had a loud enough neighbor. Tip Don't put your bed against a neighboring wall. The public spaces halls, stairs, elevator, mailboxes and building grounds are very well-kept, and the maintenance and property staff are prompt in replying, professional, and helpful. Expect lots of open space including in the bathroom which allows for larger pieces of furniture. The heating and air conditioning works well although it is a tad drafty near the windows in the winter . Be aware that there is not a huge amount of built-in storage space closets, kitchen cupboards , although this is what allows for the open space.
