|Recommended: YesGood — The apartment was probably one of the dirtiest apartments I've ever moved into. Had to spend a couple of days deep cleaning after moving in. There were spiders and spider webs everywhere. Doesn't seem as if the top floors are sprayed because the bugs are an issue. I purchased my own spray to spray my apartment.
I do wish there was a dumpster area on the northern end of the property. Kind of a pain to have to haul the trash clear on the other side of the property.
Other than those two things, one of which I fixed I love the property
