|Recommended: YesMerion Apartments — I have only been living in the Merion apartments for about a week now. I love how peaceful it is up here and how it's excluded from the city. The interior is beautifully updated. Everyone is super friendly. It's a super safe area.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments and Quiet community — As living here for a week and moving out for the first time on my own, I feel safe and comfortable here. The parking lot always has open spaces near my entrance. Apartment was spotless when moving in and looked exactly like the pictures online, which I was worried about because of COVID I was unable to travel and view apartments. Staff and maintenance are very friendly and show up quickly. The only thing I have noticed is that my downstairs neighbors are a little louder at night, but I am hoping that won't last too long. Overall, very impressed with this community and complex.

Cons stairways attract bugs and spiders at a rate faster than the property management can keep up, some flaws in construction windows weren't fit properly

|Recommended: YesOverall positive experience, quiet living in Manhattan. — This apartment complex is away from the hustle and bustle of campus life which is what I love about it You can still get pretty much anywhere in Manhattan within 15 mins. Overall, it is a quiet apartment complex that is located in a great area with plenty of sidewalks to walk dogs. I've had only positive experiences with the other residents of this complex. Also the views are great If you choose a street facing apartment, you'll get the sunrise and parking lot facing apartments get the sunset.
