Northfield and Millstead Duplexes
Located Northeast of Kimball and Tuttle Creek Boulevard on the east side of Manhattan, Northfield is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. These two bedroom duplexes offer the choice of one or two stories. Each floor plan features a washer and dryer, one-stall attached garage with private driveway, back patio and spacious backyard. Kitchens include plenty of cabinet and counter-top space, a dishwasher and breakfast bar.
The two story units offer an additional storage room or half bath. This community is pet friendly up to 75 pounds. Paid lawn care and pest control offer an additional convenience for our residents.

|Recommended: YesAmazing, Clean, Good Neighborhood, Quiet, Best Place I've Ever Stayed — This unit is everything I have ever wanted. It is unbelievably quiet. All of the appliances run very well and silently. Central air heats and cools the unit very quickly. Washer and dryer are convenient. Kitchen appliances are work flawlessly. Lighting in the unit is amazing, tons of natural light. Unit does not use up a lot of gas or electricity so bills are reasonable. Walls are thick and I never hear my neighbors. All furnishings are in amazing shape with the recent remodels. Garage is very convenient. McCullough has responded the next day with every request I've made. This is really, really good response time in my opinion. The maintenance guys and the office staff are all super nice and good people. I really can't speak highly enough about my experience so far here. This has been the best 6 years of my life so far, no joke. McCullough is hands down the best company to rent from here.

|Recommended: YesReview of a 2 bedroom 1 bath with 1 car garage apartment — The apartment is very simple, but it has everything needed. Unit is clean. Location is near everything. Driveway into this particular unit is a little difficult to back into as it's S shaped, but the garage is a nice size and there is some room for storage. It's quiet and not having anyone living above you is the best thing about the duplexes. Maintenance staff performs regular maintenance and are taken care of quickly.
