|Recommended: YesPretty good — For the price of living at parkview, your getting bang for your buck. Its not the most modern apartment but it has a nice homey live in feeling. It is old well used so there probably going to be some minor maintenance that you will have to request like repairing the trim but over all I couldn't imagine living any where else.
|Recommended: YesSmall but cozy — This place is very nice The appartments are a bit on the small side but definitely worth the price. You can hear the neighbors a bit but nothing too bad. Overall, this is a great place to live
|Recommended: YesDecent Budget Apartments — The inside of the apartment is great and the maintenance people are responsive, but the outside of the apartments in the halls, laundry facilities, and by the mailboxes are a mess and never seem to be clean. You’d have to stick your hand in a literal spiders nest to pull the outside fire alarm.
|Recommended: YesI really like living in these nice quaint apartments. — The apartment is updated and the size is perfect for two people. The noises from the upstairs neighbors isn't loud, you can hear footsteps every now and then but it's not a huge issue. The grounds are kept clean, and when our AC went out they came and fixed it only two days later so we weren't waiting a long time.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property Overall — This is a great place to consider overall I had very few issues while living at Parkview and they were all resolved quickly by the staff which customer service was always friendly and helpful too . The only real issue with the apartment is during the winter, the heat escapes easily through the windows - like, I went to bed with two-jackets-on cold. But honestly, not a deal breaker - I'd live here again.
