Close to a lot of shopping, Hy-vee is conveniently close to walk over and grab essentials and most other shopping options within walking distance too. Haven't had issues with noisy neighbors, however the traffic out on 4th street can get noisy sometimes, but I've gotten used to it.

|Recommended: YesYou can't beat the location and price — I'll start with the staff since they are very professional. Helped me get an apartment and get settled in even though I couldn't be there for 90 of it. I'll just make a note here about Melissa, she is an amazing staff member, and helped me through and through even though time zones were completely different. In terms of the apartment, I live on the second floor, and I love it. The space is big enough for me 1 bed 1 bath and I have a good view of the main street. The only noise I hear during the day is the cars passing by, which is no issue because I'm normally playing music. My only real issue is with parking. I wish there were more main street parking spots or even paid for garages for each unit that you could purchase. Other than that, I love being downtown next to everything and it's very convenient.

It is unfortunate the apartment does not come fully furnished, but I enjoy the fact that they are so meticulous about how the entire apartment looks before someone moves in. The staff is great with responding to questions and work orders. As well as knowledgable about information and issues I maybe experiencing. I love living here, although the street does get busy and it sometimes hard to move out of my parking spot.

While it is a bit pricey, I think it is worth it for the in-apartment amenities as well as the location. It's not the closest to campus but I like being close to downtown relatively close to Aggieville.
