submitted by Thurman W. - |Recommended: YesStaff are excellent, but property is old dated and drafty — It is peaceful, neighbors are generally good, insulation and windows are terrible, expect a lot of heating and cooling utility bills. windows, and deck doors are from the 60's or 70's, single paned and leak horrendously -With all windows and doors closed yo can still feel cold breezes and winter and hot air flowing in summer. but on the plus side kitchen cabinets are mid modern and not MDF. AC is ancient and goes out every summer. Grounds keepers are contracted and only cut the grass and weeds. Staff are excellent and friendly - everything is fixed within budget in 24 hours, or they bring gadgets, portable AC heat units until it can be fixed again . Not enough outlets for a modern place, especially in Kitchen and bathroom, with not much counter space. Whomever does the painting does not know how to sand, primer and repaint. I lived in DC and have visited friends in NY, this is luxurious compared to the East Coast, but I also have lived in California, Omaha, Lincoln, and Fayetteville, where this would be a marginal place... The architecture is nice, it's just old, dated, and needs refurbishment, and modernization. On the plus side, it is quiet, safe, and very convenient with pharmacies, restaurants, grocery, department stores within a block, with friendly staff, and experienced maintenance that fix everything within hours...

Parking is good, the apartments are a good size, it's easy to navigate, the pool is a nice bonus, it's pet-friendly, management is helpful and friendly, everything is maintained well. Sounds carry and the insulation isn't great, but those are the only notable issues.

They help everyone out as best as they can and I have had no issues with them. I have lived here for three years now and I have enjoyed myself. I do wish I had a little more kitchen space, but what I have works just fine.

submitted by Ezri B. - |Recommended: YesPretty Good — Very spacious. Nice kitchen. However, it is very drafty. It's really cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. It would be nice if there was a ceiling light in the second bedroom.
submitted by Tanisha U. - |Recommended: YesFriendly and Comfortable atmosphere — The communication of the friendly staff is excellent and they're always willing to help when they can. The place is great for the price.
submitted by Leslie M. - |Recommended: YesThis property is not perfect, but it is a comfortable place to live. — You can hear the neighbors, but that is to be expected in an apartment complex. The office staff is knowledgable and willing to help to the best of their ability. For the most part, it is a very comfortable place to live.

submitted by Holly M. - |Recommended: YesGreat place — Its a nice place to live The people are nice and if you need maintenance help its easy to get it taken care of the same day or the next one. The only down side is the windows let a lot of noise in and can make it drafty.
submitted by Phyllis H. - |Recommended: YesIt’s nice — It’s convenient to shopping and manager is very nice
submitted by Shaun B. - |Recommended: YesComfortable — Since I've been here anytime there's been any maintenance issues they've been quick to respond, when there's snow they are quick to shovel plow and salt parking areas which is great since I work early hours, and the time we had the heavy flooding I was relocated the same day with no hassles which was great being a new resident at the time. Overall good people and I appreciate the hospitality.
