|Recommended: YesNice, well-kept. — It's not bad at all. Sometimes neighbors can get loud, but mostly neighbors are respectful and quiet. It's rather nice actually.
|Recommended: YesWonderful Place to Live — The staff here is wonderful and helps fix all problems as soon as they can. The only problem is that there are not enough parking spots for all of the residents.
|Recommended: YesAwesome living here. — It’s convenient, furnished with nice appliances, and the remodeled units are awesome.

|Recommended: YesGreat — Peaceful
|Recommended: YesClean complex, friendly staff, affordable price — The complex is within a football throw away from fast-food restaurants, drug stores, markets, and main roads.
|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live for Cheap — This is a pretty nice place to live, all things considered. The front apartment doors are a bit thin, but the size of the apartment, well-kept pool, comfortable carpets, and nice balconies are definitely worth the minor hassle of the thin doors. Comfortable place to live for relatively cheap
|Recommended: YesAffordable, Clean, and walking distance to shops — Overall good price for size of apartment
|Recommended: YesUnits need some renovation. Very outdated — My door to my patio has daylight coming through it. My patio looks like it may collapse any second. You can look straight into the oven through a hole in a burner. My carpet is really old and stained. The kitchen cabinets look like they are from the 70s. Tile in the kitchen and bathroom looks like it is 30 years old and is super dirty. The windows are so drafty that my curtains literally sway when the wind blows outside. The shower window was growing some mold in the seal when I first moved in.
|Recommended: YesNice property. Spacious apartments. Great staff. — It's pretty nice, especially as my first actual apartment. The floor plan is spacious, isn't costly. I really enjoy living here.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Very nice, out of the way community. Some trouble living on the ground floor with hearing neighbors upstairs, but this is hardly enough to dampen just how much we love living here.
|Recommended: YesEveryone has been friendly so far — Convenient location with nice accommodations.
