|Recommended: YesI love it — I would tell them the apartment is very clean, parking is great, and prices are reasonable.
|Recommended: YesGreat location, friendly maintenance staff, and clean — I would tell them it is a great location. I do like that the rent has not increased for a few years. That is great for loyal tenants. One major downfall is that I can hear my neighbors through the walls.

|Recommended: YesMade it super easy as a cosigner to get my family member approved — My family member hasn't had a single negative thing to say about this property, the staff, or neighbors. I'm glad she's finally found a property who seems to have it together. Thank you, guys.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful, well kept apartments — The apartments that face the outside of the building are well lit and very comfortable to live in. The place is very quiet and safe and I have really enjoyed living here. The only downside to these apartments is that they are difficult to heat when it is very cold out and the heater in the apartment has broken on more than a few occasions.
|Recommended: YesClean location but no sun light in my unit. — na
|Recommended: YesOutstanding — The W as we like to call it, is like a little piece of San Francisco, without the bridge or the bay, but with restaurants within an easy walk, bars, friends... you name it. Is having this much fun even legal
|Recommended: YesThe W - a great place with character and convenience — It's great to live in a remodeled apartment in a historic building loaded with character. This is a quiet building with controlled access so you can live in a busier area but still have privacy. A big plus is having so many things within walking distance restaurants, shops, City park, library, etc. . . . less driving and easier to get to know my neighborhood. The management office is nearby two blocks away , and over the two years I've lived here, the maintenance staff has been friendly and very responsive. There are several parking lots in the area so parking hasn't been a problem for me. I highly recommend
