|Recommended: YesGood place — The parking situation is not the best. I have a decal, yet no spot. The resident here before me must’ve had a pet because it smells very strong but they said they will spray it again. Other than that this is a great place

|Recommended: YesMy Favorite Place I've Lived in — Nice and Quiet The only downside is the small lot, but there is an all-day free lot just behind it so you shouldn't ever not have a place to park. I never hear my neighbors and management is very fast to reply to any questions you may have about your apartment

|Recommended: YesLiving at Wareham is a positive experience — Living at Wareham is quite interesting because it has history, it is secure, safe and mostly clean. What I would recommend as improvements is to clean common areas once a week or biweekly specially from the back entrance door to the stairs, the rubbish room and hallways. Also another helpful thing that can be done is to replace the dumpster at the back entrance with one with a cover to hide the smell that salute you when walk in through the back door which is the door that tenants use the most and this will prevent rain water from entering the dumpster.
Thank you for the five star review, Robenson! Thank you for taking the time to write a review and offer your suggestions. Since the time you wrote this review, we have made changes to our cleaning schedule to have someone at the Wareham more often. If you still notice anything that isn't getting cleaned regularly, please feel free to contact me at (785) 320-7450 or email me at [email protected] so that I can get the issue addressed.
Thank you again!

The location is great for shopping or dinner and campus is a short drive away so overall I highly recommend living here.
|Recommended: YesLove living at the Wareham — I have lived at the Wareham apartments for two years now and have never loved living in an apartment more. I have views to Poyntz Ave and the courthouse with 6 large windows which provide a lot of natural light. From one corner of my studio I can admire the sunrise in the mornings and from another I can view the beautiful Kansas sunsets. I love being able to walk to the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings and enjoy art exhibits, various performers, and live music on Third Thursdays in the summers. Absolutely love living at the Wareham.

|Recommended: YesIt is a high quality of life at a reasonable cost. — Living here is convenient, safe and close to all downtown activities.
