Wildcat Inn - 1854-1858 Claflin
Located on Claflin Road, residents are within walking distance of the Kansas State University campus and Recreation Center.
Each one bedroom apartment features ample living area space, a separate dining area and breakfast bar, and large double closets in the bedroom. Additionally, upper level apartments include a private balcony off the bedroom. The courtyard features a charcoal grill and picnic table that are available for use by our residents. Pets under 35 pounds are welcome. Off-street parking, on-site laundry facility, and paid water and trash offer additional conveniences for our residents.

|Recommended: YesAverage quality housing — Average living accommodations. Not the greatest living structure, but it gets the job done. Priced a little high for the unit itself, but it is in an expensive area. I could easily hear upstairs neighbors, and they were loud. Laundry units especially the washers are small and expensive. If you’re in a pinch, and need a place to live, this place will get the job done.
|Recommended: YesSolid Place To Live — It has been a fairly good living experience. I have had some issues throughout my time living here and most were taken care of quickly and efficiently. The older apartments are a little worn down at this point but there is the option to stay in remodeled apartments that are a bit nicer. The convenience of campus being across the street is very nice. Overall, a good place to live for students.
