Located on Claflin Road, residents are within walking distance of the Kansas State University campus and Recreation Center.
Each one bedroom apartment features ample living area space, a separate dining area and breakfast bar, and large double closets in the bedroom. Additionally, upper level apartments include a private balcony off the bedroom. The courtyard features a charcoal grill and picnic table that are available for use by our residents. Pets under 35 pounds are welcome. Off-street parking, on-site laundry facility, and paid water and trash offer additional conveniences for our residents.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property, nice staff — Everything is great except some noises. The noises from my neighbors beside me can be isolated very well by walls. But the noise from downstairs bothered me a lot. I assume there are some cracks on my floor, which make me hear my downstairs clearly even when they are chatting by phone… They may hear me clearly as well...
