Off-street parking, on-site laundry facilities, and paid water and trash offer additional conveniences for our residents.

|Recommended: YesProperty is great, laundry is atrocious — I love the small, quiet atmosphere of this complex. I can't even tell we live off of 17th, as the noise is not an issue at 415. This place is amazing, especially the quality of the remodeled apartments, but if you like to do laundry without a laundromat, it might not be worth it.
