The community offers a ranch style, 2 bedroom, 2 bath floor plan, and a two-story 3 bedroom, 3 bath floor plan with a walkout basement. These spacious homes are conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in SW Topeka and are within minutes of many shopping and dining options. This community is truly a must see!

We were afraid it would take a lot of adjustment to get used to a smaller home compared to our previous home but we feel very comfortable here. We are very glad we moved.

|Recommended: YesWe moved here about 1 year ago from a 3 story 55 in Kansas City. We LOVE it here. You pull in the garage and then right into the apartment. All on one level. Maintenance was here quickly, once we called needing a repair. Very quiet. Never hear the neighbors who are both very nice . We feel very safe here and can take walks without worry. Just minutes away is Wanamaker Rd, where you can find almost everything
