|Recommended: YesFriendly courteous staff, maintenance is always timely the location is convenient in a safe, nice part of town. Grounds are well kept despite some pet owners not picking up after their pets cigarette ends blown all over the sidewalk patio areas. Limited storage cabinet space but otherwise decent materials good working appliances. There is very little insulation between the floors walls so you can hear literally everything. Biggest negative really only applies to the very limited parking for buildings 1914 1915. They share 1 lot, but only have 24 spots for actual tenants, not counting the reserved 2 handicap spots. This is not nearly enough because some have 2 cars per household then there are guests that take up tenant parking spots, constantly. So unless you like parking 2 buildings away or having to walk in the road to carry groceries or not need quick access to your vehicle, then I'd look at a unit to the north of the pool or up top by the clubhouse.

the venting system is right above my door so I get all of the other tenants lint coming in to my apartment. Not well designed

|Recommended: YesQuiet,clean, affordable, safe and excellent location. — Living on Northridge is the perfect place if you are like me and hate loud noises but love hearing coyotes in the early morning while having coffee on your patio. It is nice to be in a residential neighborhood but close enough to Hwy 24 for quick access to wherever you want to travel.

|Recommended: YesA safe and clean environment — First, Krista is phenomenal. She has bent over backward to assist me in getting into my apartment. Cameron has been efficient and professional and a joy to talk with as he had to fix a few things. The apartment complex is nicely situated and close enough for me to walk to downtown, which I do frequently. The complex itself is quiet and clean and feels very safe. My neighbors are great and I have enjoyed the peach I feel every time I come home.
