Melissa was so kind and patient through the whole process of picking a unit, the application, and my move-in. My apartment is small, but it has more than enough storage and everything I needed fit perfectly in each room.

submitted by Shannon R. - Feb 28, 2021|Recommended: YesExcellent Location, Helpful Management — You can't beat the location - One block away from downtown and 20 minutes from Aggieville and the city park you're within walking distance of 90 of the restaurants and events Manhattan, KS has to offer. The building requires key entry and I've never felt unsafe here. The staff is very responsive to any requests and maintenance issues. The fourth floor offers high ceilings, hard wood flooring and additional key entry security that set this apartment apart from any other I've ever lived in. With downtown living, comes downtown noise cars and sirens but its not enough to keep me up at night. 10 10 would recommend to friends.

Our apartments doesn’t get the best light but we are on the ground floor so that’s understandable. Road noise is pretty bad at night. Other than that everything it’s just fine.
