|Recommended: YesGreat, Comfortable, and Quiet — This is a great quiet place for adults and students to work in peace. The staff are friendly and super helpful if any problems ever arise. The apartment was clean and carpet was shampooed and a great view from the apartment windows I love the amount of space with a 1 bed 1 bath This place is huge and I can't hear my neighbors

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — This is a great place to live. The office staff was on point throughout the entire leasing process. You can pretty much walk to wherever you want to go, including Aggie. WiFi was crazy easy to set up too.
The only downside to the units is the trash pickup, usually, around 6 30 am. If you face the Best Buy, it'll probably wake you if you're not an early riser. Regardless, it's not a deal-breaker, just something to consider.

|Recommended: YesPerfect for an introvert — this place is perfect if you want the least amount of contact with people, you don't hear your neighbors at all through the day and night. you rarely see anyone else when you're out and about, but when you do run into someone, they're very kind and not talkative. i really enjoy the location of the apartments as well since you are positioned right next to the mall and a stripe of downtown but even with the location the traffic is practically nonexistent.
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment and location — I have moved around a lot and lived in many states and so far this has been one of the best places I've ever lived. The apartments are very clean, I rarely need to call maintenance and when I do they are usually very quick to fix any issues. I like the location as there is a lot to do downtown, but you are not near all the loudness of Aggieville. The elevator and wood flooring is also a great perk. All of the appliances are in great shape. Futhermore, their move-out policy is one of the most fair I've ever come across.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property — I enjoy living in Strasser Village. It is very quiet in the building, not a lot of traffic coming in and out of the building unless you are a resident. It is super close and walking distance to downtown area and no more than 6 mins from Walmart. It is safe because the doors lock after the leasing office closes. The apartments appliances are very nice and up to date. Cannot beat having a nice washer and dryer inside of the unit as well. One thing that I do not like is that you can hear the person above you, especially if the floor above you does not have carpet . You cannot hear anyone on the side of you though. Also,it is a little on the pricey side for the size if you are a college student living by yourself. If you have a roommate, It is affordable. Otherwise, I love this apartment.

|Recommended: YesNice p ace to live around the downtown are — It is nice to live in the downtown area as everything is super close. We really appreciate the private doors to enter the building, definitely makes us feel more safe. Overall, its a great place to live at. There are some minor issues related to maintenance such as the lack of snow removal or putting ice melt on the sidewalks and sometimes its gets really messy around the trash area.
