|Recommended: YesGreat Experiece — I loved the downtown location and the security of the building. It was great value for money. Also the staff were always swift with repairs and lockouts. Very high degree of professionalism and sense of urgency whenever I had a rental issue. I would highly recommend Strasser Village to any friends or family.
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment, but building process seems to have been rushed. — It is a great apartment and very beautiful. They are just a few mishaps that lead me to believe that the construction of the building was rushed, but they are all small issues that maintenance will take care of.

|Recommended: NoLate fee on my rent is a joke — We moved in three months ago. We are not home much. We set up auto payments to make sure our rent was submitted on time.
MDI switched payment systems which is already an inconvenience because i just finished setting up my auto pay 6 weeks ago.
MDI sent one email notification which got buried because I receive over a 1000 emails a day and I am busy.
Any physical flyers that were posted were not helpful because I was not at the property because I travel for work a lot.
And rather than send any other digital reminders... I get a 50 late fee and arguments from MDI staff.
I'm not sure if this is MDIs typical M.O. and way you treat good customers, but it is very disappointing to be treated in such an unprofessional manner.
|Recommended: YesStrasser Village provides Manhattan, NY living and amenities in Manhattan, KS — I enjoy living in Strasser Village as it provides privacy, security, and the upscale living style that I desire while living in a college town. The property is located a few short blocks walk from downtown, and a few miles drive from the K-State campus with convenient access to the highway. Access to the fitness center, elevator, and very respectful fellow tenants make Strasser Village a great place to call home.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — Strasser Village is a nice place to live. When issues are had the staff is very helpful and accommodating. The apartments for the most part are soundproof. I can never hear my neighbors next to me and can only occasionally hear the people above me when they drop something.

The security for this building is great. The only downside was the emergency maintenance didn't really help me the one time I needed them to.
|Recommended: YesLoveliest Village in Manhattan — I love living at Strasser Village Parking is never an issue, the office communicates well with the residents, maintenance is done in the fastest manner I have ever seen or heard of, and the apartments are amazing quality. I'm going into year 3 here and will miss it so much when I am gone. I love the secured access to the building and the cameras. I always feel safe here, especially when I am alone.
